ProFlight Training Academy offers a program that makes aircraft ownership more affordable by enabling individual owner/pilots to qualify for business deductions and tax incentives.

Under our Leaseback program, individuals use a strategy long employed by corporate-aircraft holding companies that own business jets and turboprops.

Owners of airplanes lease their aircraft to ProFlight Training Academy for use by other pilots on an hourly rental basis. The revenue generated by rental helps to offset monthly payments as the owner’s equity in the aircraft increases. By putting the owner into the aircraft leasing business, the program qualifies the owner for business tax benefits, including depreciation and other incentives not otherwise available.

ProFlight Training Academy, Inc. helps the aircraft owner set up what is, in effect, a small-aircraft leasing business. As a result, fuel expenses, tie-down, insurance, maintenance, and other operating costs are business expenses that may be deducted from income. And both loan interest and depreciation are deductible, too. The result is an affordable – and sometimes profitable – means of owning an aircraft."

The Leaseback program also spreads the costs of scheduled maintenance, inspections, and reserves over a greater number of flight hours.

That may allow the owner to reduce his or her personal per-hour operating cost to below-rental prices. In addition, it means more revenue from each rental hour, which can be applied to the monthly payment.

We are a Flight Training Center that offers an intense, accelerated career flight training program to students who wish to obtain a professional career in aviation, along with a more relaxed training environment for students who want to fly for pleasure. We offer aerial photography, sight seeing as well as special occasion flights.

We are presently looking for airplanes to lease at the training center. Due to the fact that we are a new company and plan on a slow start initially, we want to be able to put the maximum amount of flight time on our leased planes for the owners, so we will only be accepting a few airplanes initially, as our student base is carefully chosen and constructed, then as the training center grows and the need arises we will continue to add aircraft to the fleet.
